Ultra-multiplex technology detects far more targets than there are fluorescence channels, so one well can replace several qPCR reactions. Assays are supplied for research use; custom panels can be co-developed from your existing qPCR assays.

No. Through CHANGYU MALL they are supplied for research use only and are not for use in diagnostic procedures.
How can 28 targets be detected with only 7 channels?
Ultra-multiplex digital PCR encodes targets by combinations of fluorescence signals across partitions, so the number of targets can exceed the number of channels.
Can you develop a custom panel?
Yes. Existing qPCR assays can often be transferred and expanded into multiplex dPCR panels – tell us your targets.
