Shipping and delivery
We export worldwide with standard export documentation. Ambient-shipped reagents travel at room temperature; temperature-sensitive products are packed with ice packs, and frozen products can ship on dry ice. Products from different brands can be combined into one shipment. Lead time and shipping method are confirmed per order on the quotation. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Payment and ordering
There is no minimum order — you can order a single unit. Payment is made by bank transfer (T/T) in US dollars to our company bank account after you confirm the quotation. A proforma invoice with the agreed terms is issued for each order.

- Can you source catalog numbers not listed on the site? Yes. Send the brand, catalog number, quantity and destination through the quote form and we will check availability for you.
- Do orders ship with documentation? Yes. Manuals and order documentation ship with every order; COA and MSDS are provided where the manufacturer issues them.
- Can you combine several brands in one shipment? Yes. Multi-brand consolidation is a standard service. Samples of Changyu Bio kits are also available at a charge.
- Are products for human or clinical use? No. All products are for research use only (RUO).
