Overview
The glass sandwich chip forms partitions by solidifying the oil phase, sealing each one in an independent micro-chamber. The result: no droplet fusion, uniform partitions and higher thermal efficiency. One chip per sample means you only use what you run.

What is the difference between 20K and 60K chips?
The high-density chip gives about three times more partitions per sample, extending precision at low and high concentrations.
Do I need the internal reference assay?
It is optional. It amplifies a conserved 70 bp fragment of the human MRPS18C gene and can be added to existing panels as quality control.
Can I order consumables without an instrument?
Yes – consumables are quoted separately for labs that already run compatible chip dPCR systems.
How are consumables shipped?
Shipping method and cold-chain needs are confirmed per item in the quotation.
