CYDN09 is a mid-to-large-scale solution-based genomic DNA kit for animal and plant cells and tissue. Ground or homogenized sample is lysed with nuclear lysis solution and detergent or Proteinase K, RNA is removed with RNase A, protein is precipitated, and DNA is precipitated with isopropanol.
