CYRN59 is a spin-column microRNA extraction kit that uses no phenol or chloroform. A universal lysis solution lyses cells and inactivates RNases, then the lysate passes through a genomic DNA removal column and RNA, including microRNA, is bound to a silica membrane after ethanol adjustment.
